No chart data available.

I replaced the batteries yesterday and everything seems fine on my device display. It is connected to my computer. To check, I disconnected it and got a warning which went away when I reconnected it. However, on the AR website and on the iOS app, it says no chart data available and the information(temp, etc.) is wrong.

need to make sure that data on computer is uploaded to MyAcurite.com

Thanks for trying to help, but the PC Connect software says it is receiving and sending data.
