Nice customer support on hold for 3hrs and 10 min and CSR released me as I went from be 1 to 0

Purchased a Weather Station the order arrived incorrect and I was billed incorrectly. I started at 6 am and was 12th on hold for three hours and the call was released on CSR pick up. I called back and now I am 30th. I just want my order fixed.

This is part of their "Loyal Customer Service" policy.  :)
