new Access Hub will not connect to 5-in-1 sensor

I have installed the new Access Hub, and did the "replace" in the devices list under myacurite account. That all worked just fine. The indoor temp and humidity sensor hooked up just fine. I went outside and removed batteries on the 5-in-1 sensor, replaced them, restarted new hub, all to no avail. It will not hook up! I have an indoor myacurite display, and it is showing correct data from the 5-in-1 so I know it is sending just fine. But the new hub will not connect! 

I have done the reboot, reset, pull batteries three times now, all with the exact same results: Wall display is good, indoor sensor is good, hub is online. But hub only shows the indoor sensor in it's list when I look at it's direct IP, and the website for myacurite shows red for the 5-in-1. So what is the deal? Anyone else solved this annoying issue?

I got it working finally, had to restart everything again, and moved the new hub to a new location in the house, that is closer to the outdoor unit. Then it hooked up. So the 330ft is not accurate, my outdoor unit is about 60ft away and it couldnt find it until I moved the new hub into the library which is about 15ft closer.

Specifying range is a very tricky business. Sometimes I wish AcuRite did not do that. They try to be clear that 330 feet is best case and YMMV. It has much to do with your signal and noise environment, over which few of us have control.

Stucco lathe houses are deathtraps for signals. Homes with extensive use of WiFi IoT devices or other transmitting devices are nightmares. Older homes with dense construction and noisy wiring are also problems.
LED lighting is showing itself to be a noise problem..

The list goes on.

I had the same issue. I bought 2 additional temp/humidity sensors much further away and they worked fine.
