Just replaced my old hub with your New Access Device. Everything is working fine except it is now not reporting to Weather Underground. What do I have to do to get that up and running again?

I have the same problem. :(
Previously I used an always on PC.  Could it be that I need to add a "new weather station"?
FYI the instructions did NOT work for me.

You don't need a new wunderground station ID.  Your current one will work just fine.

Where did you get hung up?

Hung up on getting data to WUG.  MyAcurite works fine.  Followed all the steps for sending the signal, but no success.

Hello Ken,
Please remove your Weather Underground credentials from My AcuRite completely and re-add them. Please DO NOT COPY AND PASTE THE CREDENTIALS. Use your Station Key as the password instead of your password for Weather Underground. Let us know if this issue continues. Thank you.

The "station key" is basically a password that was assigned to your wunderground "station ID" by wunderground.

You can find it by logging into wunderground, look under the menu "My Profile" and select "My Weatherstations".  You'll see a list of your weather stations, and the "station key" will be right below your "station ID".

Here's a screenshoot of where you should find it (I've blocked out my station Key and address data).

Rachell, I'd like to request your APP developers change "Weather Underground Password" to "Weather Underground Station Key" under the "Share Weather" settings.  That would fix a lot of tech support inquiries.

i had done the same thing (made sure i was using station key instead of WU password for my id, and typed in instead of cut/paste), but still didn't work.  I think my problem was that I still had pc connect running on my mac when I set up my new accurite access.  Also had undertheWX running.  So today, I decided to start over from square one.  I unhooked my accurite display usb from my mac.  I made sure pc connect and undertheWX were not running, nor automatically starting.  Then i went to myaccurite and totally removed the hub and the 5n1 station.  Then did a factory reset on my new access hub and went through the setup process again.  Took about 30 minutes, but now I'm reporting to WU successfully.  And now, finally, I can let my macs monitor turn off at night.   So I think these are the extra steps you need to take when you are replacing a previous method with a new access hub.
