My old sensor would not connect (5 in 1) to both of my monitors (01512-RX).  Called support many times with waits of over 175 minutes.  Did ALL the steps mentioned here.  New batteries Energizers, and next to each other right on my desk.  Did I waste another $80?  Changed ABC letters and still nothing.  Have had this system for years.  Am using the new ACCESS.  Wish support would help me out.  Been down for weeks.

Hi,
I had a somewhat similar issue a couple weeks ago after installing a new outdoor sensor.  Finally got through to support and the rep had me hold down the reset button on the indoor monitor for about 10 seconds.  After doing this the two started talking to each other again.  I was getting readings on my indoor monitor and then when I checked Acurite on my computer it was registering correctly.   It took a bunch of manipulation to get connected to Weather Underground which didn't happen for about 5 or 6 days.

Does the Access see the new 5n1 sensor to confirm that it the 5n1 sensor is properly transmitting?

When you change the the ABC setting on the displays, do they go into "scanning" mode?  That is typically shown by the strength indicator flashing and/or running through the bars.
