Network reset, unable to get data.

I have a smart hub and 6 sensors that has been running just fine until last night.   

What Changed ?

I had to change the network range in my home and reset the hub (12 seconds on the connect button) and removed it from my account (what I thought would be a fresh install).

The hub came back up and I was able to add it back to my account.  At that point, it saw all 6 of the sensor so I added them back to the Hub.    That was 6 hours ago and I'm still not getting data from the sensors.

Did I miss a reset somewhere ?

What you missed was the fact when it comes to software they are clueless amateurs. The service is down yet again. No problem at your end.

Hello Gary,

We did have an unplanned outage on the 11th into the 12th. This has been corrected, and you should be back online and transmitting.
