Need replacement of 06002 and can't navigate to request it anywhere.

Need new part.  I recently purchased AcuRite 01096M Temperature & Humidity Station with 3 Indoor/Outdoor Sensors , and am pleased with most of it.  However, after speaking with customer support I need to request replacement of the 06002/592TXR an and can't tell how to do that...  I registered the products, but can't find a way to request replacement and no e-mail for contact us...  Help?

Hello Gus,

We are happy to assist you. What issues are you experiencing with your sensor? We have to be sure all troubleshooting has been exhausted then we can start the warranty claim.  Thank you.

Thanks Rachell!  I spoke to a colleague of yours last weekend for about 45 minutes, and he said we had exhausted all options and I needed to register the device so I could request a warranty replacement.  How do we move forward?

I was able to look up your registration but was not able to find a case where you called in. Do you have a case number that you can provide? We are just trying to clarify where you are on the warranty claim process. Thank you.
