need help with new access code it says it is invalid!

You sent an email and I want to purchase the new access.  Have it in my cart and when I put in discount code it says it is invalid.  It won't give me credit to purchase.  Need help please.  Called on Friday left my number so I could get a call back.  Didn't happen.  I called on Monday was on hold for 2 hours 20 minutes and when the man answered, he couldn't hear me, so he hung up... Totally frustrated....
