I have had this error for many days now, probably longer as I dont go to the page every day.  I am no longer able to see anything on https://www.acu-link.com/dashboard

I get this error on the page

Hi Kim,

I am sorry to hear you are getting this error. There have been no Acu-Link outages. Are you accessing this from a computer, or phone, or tablet?  I would recommend restarting whatever device you are using, and try again. I have updated to Windows 10 recently, that is my only change.  I restarted, and tried another browser, same error.

And thats the problem, I updated to 10 months ago (feels like a year ago) and it quit working at that time, application crashes! Now with the latest update the application won't even load! See link: https://support.acurite.com/acurite/topics/acurite-connect-and-windows-10

Thanks for the link.  If I read that right, that pertains to the direct connection.  I have a bridge and don't have anything directly connected to my laptop.

Kim I believe you are correct that the problem with windows 10 is only if you are using the acurite connect software and not the bridge. I too am on the bridge and just upgraded to windows 10 and no problems with my system.  I think you need to call customer service and see if they can walk you through the problem seeing you are getting an interruption message from them.
