MyAcurite has stopped updating from my 5-1 and two remote sensors for unknown reasons. Have rebooted the bridge with no success . This has been going on for 5 or more days I would guess. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi Rachell, I was told by your support people my hub is the problem even though it checks out as fine on my side, has IP address with router, hub can see all 3 of my devices when I go into the hub and look at the connections, all blue lights are on and Ethernet and power lights all are working. Given all the comments on here with reference to your servers and a bug I’m really disappointed at the outcome. Always so easy to say it’s the customer. Very disappointed that I keep getting told I have to buy a new hub when there is just as much data to suggest the problem is on your side.
