in your web browser, you should be able to state IP address your modem assigned to your SH.  If you go into your modem, you should be able to see all devices that have been assigned.  You will see the device's MAC address  (12 character hexadecimal address (0-9, A-F) assigned.  Find the SH and then locate the assigned IP address (192.168.x.x) for SH.  Take this and put into your web browser and you will go directly to your SH and see what the internal status is.

Getting the SH status might indicate where problem lies....

Hi Bill,

in my web browser I see that status is not connected but it is logical since I moved it the SH another modem. I was thinking that could be internet conexion, I explain you: I have the router connected from a network where assign us IP addres blocked
that's why I'm testing on a router with full internet access.

I hope you understand my request.
Thanks

Bill was trying to tell you how to log into the UI of the smarthub DIRECT.
To discover the IP, you log into your router, locate the 'connected devices' and look fo 24C86Exxxxxx for the current IP  .
Type that into your Browser. As long as the LAN  network is up, you should see the simple status page of the SmartHub.  That shows the devices it 'sees'

Hell Parras,

Were you able to get connected to My AcuRite? We were not able to locate an account based off the email address associated with the community forum.  We searched by name and were not able to locate an account on My Acurite either.  Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with.

Parras: I try to keep testing as simple and with few variables as I can. Then as I start to test different variables, the combinations to test is smaller. I would not have a second modem that the SH connects to ans then this modem to another. I would have SH tied directly to modem that goes to ISP. Forget if the SH can receive any sensors (this is a secondary issue at this time).

I think there is something funny with MyAcurites device 'status'. I had  my DSL router die and was offline for the last 3 days. I brought the new (DSL) one up,  WU was getting updates, but all my sensors had Red bars (offline) for hours  at MyAcurite. Today, it is in the Green. It is a PITA to troubleshoot when the client (MyAcurite) has such a nasty lag.
