Received replacement SmartHub last week and set it up.
Successfully able to view data via the MyAcurite webpage

Successfully able to install and view the data in the new MyAcurite App on my Android Phone.

But, the Myacurite IOS App not allowing connect to SmartHub.
Installed the app without any issues, when I open the app to connect to a device, I enter the last 6 digits of the MAC address and the Zipcode, the "Next" button doesn't respond to go the next step in the setup process.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the MyAcurite app, but no change in status.

Any idea on what the issue may be?

Why are you trying to set it up again in the mobile app?

If you have already set it up with the web page, the device is already associated with your account.

The apps (web and mobile) don't connect directly to your SmartHUB.  Once your SmartHUB is associated with your account, the data should be available on every device assuming it is logged in with that account.

Because the webpage is not dynamic  enough and MyAcurite has developed the app for this purpose! :)

In terms of the iOS app it seems you need three things to turn the next button from grey to blue: a name, a MAC address , and a postal code. The next button should turn blue and allow you to next.. If the info doesn't check out with the MyAcurite servers you should see a response in red from the server.

I would suggest using the same info used to setup the web based account.

Hello Robert,

You are correct if you are setting up the account for the first time. If you try to enter the same information in the mobile device, and it is already set up it will not let you continue set up. You will get a message saying the mac address is taken. Thank you. Have  good day!

This is not being setup for the first time.
I had successfully set it up on my Android phone without issues and it still works on the Android.
However, it does not "accept" the MAC address or something as the Next button never changes color to allow me to move forward with the process.

Hello Rudy,

If you set up your account online, you would just login using the email address and password that you used online. There is no need to enter your information again on the tablet. Just enter the email and password, and it will pull up your dashboard. Thank you. Have a good day!

To clarify, this is for the "sharing" functionality, so we can share our reading with friends and family.
They have setup their own MyAcurite accounts, they would just like to view my readings on their phones.
Does that makes sense?

Hello Rudy,

Yes, they would need to set up their own My AcuRite accounts to view your data unless you give them your log in information.  After they create the account they will be able to log into their own account and follow your smartHUB.  They would be able to do this from a phone or from a computer.  Please let us know if you have any other questions.  Thank you and have a great day!

Hello, they have their own account and it worked without issues with the old app on the same phone.
They have deleted the old app, installed the new app.
With the new app, it is requiring them to enter the MAC address.
Once we enter the MAC address, we are no longer able to click the "Next" button.

We followed these instructions for setup:
https://kbase.myacurite.com/web/content/share-follow/share-devices.htm
https://kbase.myacurite.com/web/content/share-follow/follow-account-device.htm

Any advice?

Hello Rudy,

Make sure you have your station set to Allow Sharing.  When following a weather station you need to go to 'Settings' then 'Share Weather'.  After that you would click 'Add' under Accounts I follow or on the application it says 'Follow smartHUB' Here you need to add a nickname and the Device ID or MAC address then click 'Save'. Please let us know if you are still not able to follow accounts.
