Received replacement SmartHub last week and set it up.
Successfully able to view data via the MyAcurite webpage
Successfully able to install and view the data in the new MyAcurite App on my Android Phone.
But, the Myacurite IOS App not allowing connect to SmartHub.
Installed the app without any issues, when I open the app to connect to a device, I enter the last 6 digits of the MAC address and the Zipcode, the "Next" button doesn't respond to go the next step in the setup process.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the MyAcurite app, but no change in status.
Any idea on what the issue may be?
