MyAcurite Dashboard has been showing "Offline" for several days. I know there was a problem with the Acurite server in February. Is there a server problem again?  If so, please check.

Tom, thank you for the reply. The Network status Blue light is steady on and the Sensor status light is steady on. The network connection green light is on steady while the amber light is flashing. The 5 in 1 outdoor sensor is transmitting to the stand alone display which is updating and shows good signal strength. I have power off, waited 30 sec and powered on with no change.  Suggestions?Cheers, Reggie

It does seem the Acurite SmartHub is the problem. I logged into my router and checked the client list and do not find the SmartHub device ID (MAC) as shown on the bottom of the hub.  Do you think I should try removing the hub from my account and then add it back?
Cheers,
Reggie

Hello R. Nix,

Please make sure the smartHUB is directly into your router and not plugged into a hub or a switch. I would like to start off by trying to power cycle the smartHUB. To do so unplug the smartHUB from the router and the power for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes plug the unit back into the router first and then the power. Please let me know if this does not correct your issue. We may need some more information on your routers settings. Thank you.

Tori,
I have done as requested with no change. The router client list does no show the SmartHub ID. Also there is no change with the SmartHub sensor "Blue light",  still steady on, not flashing. The SmartHub was working a couple of weeks ago and when I noticed it was not updating, I thought I would give it a few days to see if it would begin updating again. FYI... I have made no changes to my router config .

Cheers,
Reggie
