MY iPad app will not open.

MY iPad app will not open. I have deleted it and re installed, but no luck. The iPhone 6 app works fine. Any ideas?

Hi Bob,

Please log onto from your computer and follow the steps below.

- In the upper right hand corner you will see a white box with your email address on it, please click on that box.
- In the drop down menu, please select "Follow my friends bridge"
- You will now see a box that has a red and white "X" with the following next to it: 24:C8:6E:01:16:C3 Lake Geneva, WI 53147
- Click on the red and white "X"
- You will now get a pop up window that will ask you if you want to unsubscribe from that bridge, please hit okay to confirm.

Now, uninstall the app and then reinstall it.  Your app should now be working.  If not, please let us know.

Thank you, I will try it. As an aside, I have been trying to call your company and never get through due to Technical difficulties. I need advice before I make a purchase. When will your phones be up?
