My Dashboard 5-in-1 rainfall calibration total

I just set up my 5-in-1 and tested the rain calibration. In doing so my online dashboard is now showing 2.23 inches of rain. I reset all the month, week, and year totals. Is there a way to clear the 2.23 in reading from my online dashboard. On my home display the rainfall shows 0.00. I unplugged the batteries on my 5-in-1 for over a half hour and still reading 2.25.

Hi Derick1965,

On your rainfall widget for the dashboard there is a spot where you can look at previous events and reset the total for each section.  You should be able to clear out all of those readings by toggling through the history and resetting each one.

Crystal,

I have already reset the history on my widget. If I go in an look for the month it still shows the 2.25 for the 18th when I checked the calibration. I'm not that concerned. My biggest issue is since I registered it with weather underground I didn't want to contribute false statistics.

Hi Derick1965,

The history has to be reset for each reading in the widget, so when you have it set to the month, you would need to press reset again.  That reset button is only going to zero out the history that is currently reading.
