My Backyard Weather Disapeared ?

Hi. This morning I went to my backyard weather and it has disappeared. So I redid everything and it won't accept the Mac address, that was giving to me (when i first got the unit the Mac addy wouldn't work), nor the Mac addy on the rear of the unit. Everything has disappeared. Thanks for your help.

This often happens if you reset the bridge. You will probably have to call Tech Support and have someone force a registration for you.

Hi Fairley,

When you said that it disappeared, do you mean that you can't log in or that when you logged in, your bridge is no longer registered?  If your bridge and weather station are not showing on your dashboard, please call AcuRite Customer Support at 877-221-1252.

Thanks crystal. No Bridge To Display. The bridge is no longer registered I can log-in ok. No dashboard, I can still send to Wunderground, ok. New display should arrive today, so I will wait to contact Support. That way we can resolve the immediate issue and maybe, will have to set up the Mac for the new one. Will report back soon. Thanks again fro all the help.

Hi Fairley.

Your mac address may need to be force registered. Give our technical support a call at 877-221-1252 when you receive the new display.
