My Backyard Weather continues to go RED "Offline" on all 3 of my sensors. Sometimes it's just one or two that do it. Occasionally all 3 are GREEN. This has been since the Smart Hub update. I've reset my router, reset the Smart Hub, changed batteries in all 3 devices. Weather underground shows my 5-in-1 as being comparable to other nearby weather station readings. Devices are inacurate to MY Acurite page and my iPhone App, as well as my display.

Acurite has a problem that everyone seems to be aware of but them.  I gave up and put my old smart hub back on line.

Same here. I started using my SmartHub again. AcuRite definitely needs to hold off on phasing out the SmartHub until they fix the problems with the Access.

I doubt the problem is with the Access itself. My Access worked great for over two months. Than sometime in mid April, my sensors were being reported as being offline multiple times per day for several hours (sometimes for 5+ hours) at a time.  There are no problems with my sensors since the Access reports to Weather Underground with no problems at all -- KPAFREED5.

I believe the root of the problem is with the servers running the AtlasAPI. The smartHub is on the hubAPI servers which are not effected by the problems. It is possible that firmware is to blame, but I doubt that too.

I'm sure AcuRite is well aware of the problem and most likely scrambling to fix a problem they are not equipped to fix. Hire the right people to fix the problem. Hiding from customer phone calls and emails is not the way to go.

Acurite has been aware of the problem for at least  4 months and have not fixed it. They are committing fraud by continuing to sell an item they know does not work.
