MY ACURITE SHARING: FAILED

MODEL: AcuRite 02064

Hi, I recently formatted my computer and reinstalled AcuRite software. I reset the display and follow the steps to activate sharing.

Indoor display is detected and PC Connect shows it is receiving data. But when I try to share data with either My Acurite or WU, it displays the message: FAILED.

I checked all connections, Device ID is OK and in green, cable is working. When I check the log, it says that it can't connect with server "422". I don't know if MAC has to be cleared in your system or what. 

Any solution?

Well guys. I was able to fix the error by changing Windows region from Colombia (where I am) to United States. I think people from Acurite should pay attention to this issue. A girl from Brazil had the same problem.
