my acurite sharing :failed

I can`t add my device in my acurite.
"Device must be
connected and reporting data to claim it. Please make sure the device is connected to your router and the status lights are blinking."
 I have my station connected via USB to my PC and the internet connection runs OK.

At the same time,i have a problem with the software PC Connect. I have filled the Device ID and allowed the "Share my Weather Data" box.

"Indoor display: detected"
"Last data received: 25/01/2018 .........."
"My acurite sharing: failed"
"Weather Underground sharing: failed"

Hello Inaki,

Please post a screen shot of what the software shows so we can take a look at it. Do you have the display USB on Mode 3? Are you using PC Connect for Windows or Mac?  Thank you.
