My Acurite and Wunderground

I have a 01536 Pro Color weather station. I am from Argentina and I ́ve recently traveled to the USA and I ́ve bought the weather station on Amazon. I ́ve installed yesterday and since then it has been connected permantly to the computer. I have downloaded de PC connect software, I have registered in Wunderground, and I have written the station ID and the station key, but it says that My Acurite : Failed, Weather Underground: Failed. Also, I have a few problems more.

1- Sometimes, when I want to open the PC Connect software, it says that it ́s already running. And it doesn ́t transmit the data to the excel file.

2-When I want to configure My Acurite, in my tablet, I entered all my data ( except the country, because I can not choose mine, it doesn ́t appear that choice), and my postal code, I put it from my country. I click next, but it says:
"Device must be connected and reporting data to claim it. Please make sure the device is connected to your router and the status lights are blinking".
And I have another question ¿In device name what do I have to write?.

Hello Juan,
If you see "Software is already running" the software will be in your hidden icons on your computer.  The device name can be whatever you choose. For example, PC Connect, Home, Work, or Jaun. 

Please verify you downloaded the new AcuRite PC Connect software (v.2.0.3 Windows or 1.0.46 Mac) Once this is done, PC Connect needs to be connected to add the MAC address/Device ID. Under Data Transfer you should check the box if you want automatic data transfers, then chose how often you would like them to transfer. Below you should see Weather Sharing, check the box that says Share my Weather Data, a box should appear asking for your Device ID, enter the 12 digit ID and click 'Share Now'. Under status you should see the display detected, below you should see a time stamp of the current data transfer. Below you should see My AcuRite Sharing Active. Please let us know if you continue to have this issue. Thank you.

I could solve the "Software is already running" problem.Thanks.
I`ve got the new version of Acurite PC Connect, and everything is just like you said, except for the My Acurite sharing status. It shows a moving circle. I`ve written the correct ID. And in the upper left corner, in status, it says that MyAcurite sharing failed, and that Weather Undergound is sending data, but in their page, there are some missing data. I ́ll show you a screenshot. Also, I think barometric pressure readings are between 11 and 15hpa higher than most of the sites I checked.

Hello Juan,
Please verify the Device ID listed in the box is the exact same as the Device ID listed on the back of your display unit. If it is, please uninstall the software and reinstall. If after reinstalling the software the issue continues, we recommend factory resetting your display. To do so, press and hold the reset button located inside the battery compartment for 10-12 seconds or until the display clears completely.  Once this is done, set the date and time on the display, wait about 30 minutes and connect the display to your computer and follow the directions above again.  Please let us know if you continue to have this issue. It did not work. Again it says: MyAcurite: Failed
                                              Weather Undergorund: Transmitting data (just transmitts a few data)

Please try a different USB cord and/or port on your computer.  What Windows version are you using?

Hi. I've already tried with another USB cord, with another port, in another computer. I am still having the same issues. It says: MyAcurite: Failed- Wunderground: Failed.
