My Acurite Access is not very reliable.

My Access keeps losing it's connection with my router. A full reboot of the access, and router will not get it back without removing the batteries. My smart hub never, ever did this and I am getting worried. I rely on being able to monitor the inside temperature of my home during the winter when I am wintering in the Caribbean. If my pipes burst because of the lack of consistent operation of this new Access piece of crap, I will be suing! You forced me to purchase this equipment, and it works poorly.

Why does no one ever contact from technical support? If you do not a have a solution to my problem the Access needs to be replaced under warranty! Technical support never answers the phone or there is a huge Que waiting for assistance. My router has over 63 pages of logs where it is requesting a connection with my Access device. It connects on occasion but then the connection is dropped. None of my other devices are having this issue. If I change ports or Ethernet cable the issue follows the Access. I had it connected long enough to receive the 047 firmware update, but it does not make any difference with my connection issues. Attached are some supporting SS.
