My Acurite 9150M will not connect to the internet, changed cables & ports but no connection. Not on list from router either. Is hub bad?

My Acurite 9150M will not connect to the internet. I have an AT&T modem/router. I've changed cables and ports but it does not connect to the router no matter which port I plug it into or which ethernet cable I use I do not get a connection light on the router. I don't see it on the list of items connected to the router when I sign into the router either. I wonder if the SmartHub has gone bad.
