My AcuLink Internet Bridge 09150TRX was in storage for about a year. Went to plug it in and connect it, and i get NO flashing blue lights at all.

There seems to have been some sort of migration where I had to download new firmware? I'm totally confused on what I'm supposed to do.

Its powered on (there's a tiny tiny blue light on the left that is solid) and its plugged into my router.

Now what?

Log into your router and check that the bridge is pulling an IP.

It does not appear within my router at all. Is there a way to factory reset the AcuLink Bridge?

Hello Brett,

The blue lights on the smartHUB should be steady except when a reading is sent. The left side light should flash for 1 second. The right light should always be steady. You should have an amber light in the back of the smartHUB that is flashing, and a solid green light. You will want to try to register the device on My AcuRite. You need to make sure there is a sensor within range transmitting to the smartHUB or it will not allow you to register the device online. Please go to www.myacurite.com and set up your account. Once you have the account set up you will go to settings and then devices. Click add. You will enter the information prompted to complete the setup of your device. Once that is complete you will scroll to the bottom of the page to add the available sensors. Click add. You will go to your dashboard where it may take a couple of minutes and your readings should start displaying online.

Jennifer, my Internet Bridge is not even pulling an IP address from my router, and has a tiny solid blue light on the left side. Thats it. I cannot register it because it cannot see the network at all, despite being plugged in directly to my router.

Is the router you are using now by any chance different than the one you originally used the bridge with? I ask because my bridge would not pull an up from a Frontier router unless I put a 10MB switch in between or used a different router. Yes odd, but a few devices still refuse to handshake on dhcp.

It is a different router, yes. Though there's no link light on the ethernet port on the Internet Bridge either, which leads me to believe some update broke the bridge or hub. I'll still call it a bridge, since clearly the firmware never took place.

Hello Dan,

We have replied to your other post.

Do you see the amber light on the back that is flashing where the Ethernet plugs in or the green steady light on the back of the smartHUB? The blue lights can be toggled on and off by pressing the register/activate button for about 10 seconds on the bottom of the smartHUB. Please try this and let us know if you are able to get any lights.  What is the model number of the smartHUB, and where was it purchased? Were you ever able to get it transmitting on My AcuRite?
