Hi Xavier,

Is all information updating on your Acu-Link account? Is the timestamp, and date  current under the temperature reading?  Are you getting the same readings on the www.acu-link.com from your computer?  I would recommend logging out of the IPhone application, and logging back in. If you need further assistance please contact AcuRite Customer Support at 877-221-1252. Thank you. Enjoy your day!

time and date are off by several days.  I changed the sensor to a name I think a gave the 5 in 1 when I installed the system and It appears to be working.  I did try logging out and back in and that had not effect.  Right now, it seems to be working.

Hi Xavier,

Do you have a bridge that is plugged into the back of your internet router?  If so, you may need to reboot your bridge by unplugging the bridge from the router and the outlet and allowing it to power down for 2 minutes.  Then plug it back into the router first and then into the outlet.  If this does not resolve the problem, please contact AcuRite Customer Support at 877-221-1252.  Have a great day!
