Display unit has fragmented numbers that can't be read.  Frustrated because I can't get anyone to answer at AcuRite Technical support!!!

What is the model number on your display unit? We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced reaching the AcuRite Loyalty Team. We have recently changed our numbers. The AcuRite Loyalty Team can be reached Monday-Friday 7AM to 5PM CST at 262-729-4852 however, we are happy to assist you here.

The model # 01602BPDIA3 Professional Weather Center. I returned the unit to your returns department on 2/12/18.  I am so looking forward to having this unit in my home.  Our son has one and he bought me the one I returned for a gift.  Hoping you all can replace and return it to me as soon as possible. I kept the manual on this unit, but it does not give a model # for the display unit itself. May I hear from you.  Thanks for your help  By the way, I tried the new 262-729-4852 number and could not get any one to answer.
