I have 3 smart hubs and they will be replaced. How ever can I get discounts for them? I am only going to replace two of them. This is getting very expensive with 4 weather stations. I sent the 2nd Mac address and have never heard anything back.
Apparently they will honor a coupon code for each registered and online hub, but you have to phone them or use the email they have provided. I know from contacting them last week, they only have one agent answering calls. 5 secs after opening hours, 2nd in line. 50 mins later, 1st in line. 50 mins after that, Tasha answered and was very nice. I guess each caller is giving her 45 mins of flack before placing an order which should take 5 mins. If you do get through to her, be nice. She has no control over what is going on.
