Model 09510TRX solid blue lights only

Similar to other posts, I have gone thru the procedures suggested, and get only solid blue left and right.  Solid green and solid yellow on rear of unit.  Cannot register since data is not being transferred from a sensor.  Is the 01059RM a newer model, less likely to have this problem?  The 09150TRX unit seemed to work ok until the migration.  Please advise.

Hello Glenn, 

Were you able to ever transmit on My AcuRite? The lights  should function as follows: The left blue light is a network status light. It should flash for 1 second each time a reading is sent otherwise it will be steady. The right light should be solid steady. There should be an amber light in the back that is flashing where the Ethernet is plugged in. The green light should be solid.  If the amber light is not flashing that means there is no network traffic. Do you have this plugged directly into the router or are you using a port or switch? We would recommend trying a different Ethernet cord, and power cycling the smartHUB.  Please power down the smartHUB and router for 2 minutes. Unplug the Ethernet cord from the back of the router.  After the 2 minutes power up the router. Wait for it to come back online. Once online go ahead, and plug in the Ethernet cord, and power up the smartHUB. Give it a couple of minutes and attempt to register it on My AcuRite if you have not done so already.
