Model 09150M, device 24c68e09378b. Stopped working 1/16/18.

I purchased Smarthub Model 09150M, device 24c68e*****REMOVED BY ADMIN FOR PRIVACY****** 1/21/17.  Registered & setup fine.  Has worked well Stopped working 1/16/18.  The lights no longer are on.  I checked power output on the power supply; it is 4.8V.   Please help

Call them before your warranty runs out.  Hopefully you registered it.  Also just move it into another room and plug it into a different outlet to see if anything happens.
