Model 06016M, QC3317,installed 12/30/17. Display unit is constantly having to be reset. resets due to: ticker messaging did not work. had to be reset. Two resets have been required due the display unit appearing to be battery back up mode with full power at the home's electric socket. Had to reset on both occasions to get the display to operate. Something appears to be failing with the displays electronics. Please advise of the required corrective action. Thank you. Charlie
