Model # 02032C not connecting to PC (Win 7)

Hi,


I installed my Weather Center following all instructions provided, but it seems that the station is not transferring the data to my PC (Win 7). The problem I have is the same as in this thread:

Nevertheless, the solution provided on the thread did not work for me.

I believe that my PC does identify the device correctly, as it is shown as "Chaney Instrument" in the Control Panel. Hence, it should not be a USB problem. 


Furthermore, I have tried the solutions posted in the following threads:

But I could not solve the problem.

The 5-in-1 sensor and the station are set up in the same channel. I also set up the USB mode in "Mode 3", and entered the station MAC address to stream to Acu-Link.com, but nothing is working. I believe the problem lies between the station and my PC.

Could you please provide further guidance?
