model 01036 unable to connect to wunderground

I recently upgraded the acurite PC Connect software from 1.x.x to 2.0.3.  I already have a Wunderground account.  The 'Weather Undergroud' portion of the screen is 'grayed out' (I am unable to input a station id or password.
My device does not have a MAC address or 12 digit device ID on the back of the display.  This wasn't a requirement with the old version of the software.
What am I missing?  How can I get connected back with Wunderground? Thanks!

Give a call to support and they can supply you with a mac address.    FYI support opens at 7am and you should get through fairly quickly if you can make a call around 7.  I've always found that to be a good time to get through without any or long waits.
