I have a brand new out of the package Model 00522SBDIA2 indoor outdoor wireless thermometer.Tthe problem is that the outdoor temperature alwas reads almost what the indoor tem[perature is.  I have new alkaline batteries, outdoor sensor is the proper distance but it wont change even when is 30-40 degrees cooler outside. The red light works & there are no appliances or wireless products near by. I paired the two side by side no change,  . I filled out the warranty on line. Pleas advise

Hello Lawrence,

We can see you were able to reach the AcuRite Loyalty Team regarding this issue. Were you able to locate the second sensor the display was picking up?  Thank you.
