missing parts

Excited about installing my new 5-in-1 Weather Sensor only to find out that the mounting hardware (screws) wasn't included.  Bought the unit through Amazon - called the Acurite customer support number and was basically told that they only support corporate entities and not individual consumers. What do I do to solve this problem?

That sounds odd.  Acurite's offices are said to be closed today due to the snow storm.

Is this the number you were using? 1-262-729-4850

No; the number on the Instruction Manual is 877-221-1252. I don't believe the guy ever actually said he was from AcuRite, but it was definitely an overseas call center so I couldn't understand much of anything he said besides his demands that I come up with the company I represented. I'll try your number on Monday - thanks.

Hello Donald,

That number is no longer in use. We would recommend using the number George provided.  Sometimes the screws can be located in the collector cup of the sensor or in the battery compartment of the sensor or display. Please check those areas. If you are not able to find the screws please let us know. We would be happy to get these out to you.
