Migration failed but in home display works perfectly.

I am finally getting around to trying to reconnect this hub to the monitoring system and It is giving me the "Device must be registered and be reporting data to claim it" message. I have tried the power cycling and unplugging steps to no avail. I have the light on the right solid and steady and the light on the left will come on solid and steady for 30 seconds then turn off completely for 30 seconds. I have the 5 in1 with the two extra censors and the in home display. The in home display has never stopped working, hence why I haven't tried to mess with it until today. Any ideas?

I am having the exact same issues and do not know how to fix the problem.  Hopefully this can be resolved.

Hello Clyde,

What is the model number of your smartHUB?  Please power cycle your smartHUB and router. To do this, you will unplug your Ethernet cable from the router then the adapter for the HUB. After this you can unplug your router. Please leave them unplugged for about 5 minutes. When you plug them back in plug the router in first and let it completely boot up, then you can plug the Ethernet cable into the router after that the adapter. Try to add your device to My AcuRite by clicking the plus tab at the top of the page. Please let us know if you continue to have issues. Thank you and have a great day!

My home display has worked since the migration. It's been a 3 months since i've been able to look at my info on weather underground. No hub here. Hooked to my pc with pc connect. About ready to give up and buy something different. Very disappointed with the lack of help i've received from acurite. :(

Hello Tim,

We believe the reason you are not able to transfer to Weather Underground is because you have the Weather Underground information on My AcuRite.  When using PC Connect, the Weather Underground credentials can only be entered on the PC Connect software.  Please let us know if the issue continues after removing this from My AcuRite.  Thank you and have a great day!

Hello Tim,

Everything there looks correct except your Weather Underground is not sharing. Take out the station ID and password and type it back in please do not copy and paste it. Give it a couple of minutes and see if it starts transmitting to Weather Underground. Thank you. Enjoy your day!

What model number is your smartHUB? Do you have the smartHUB connected directly to your router or are you using a switch of any kind? The smartHUB needs to be connected directly into the router.  Thank you and have a great day!

After many hoops, I finally figured out that google chrome's "block all third party cookies" selection was stopping me from signing in here and responding. 

09150TRX. And yes it has always been ethernet connected directly to my WiFi router. I did get a new router recently but that was a couple months after the hub stopped transmitting from the migration failure.

I haven't been able to get my bridge up since the migration. Getting the same message.

I did the reboot 1.5 months ago as outlined above, and repeated it to the "t" today. Still same message and when I plug in power to bridge blue lights come on for a sec then nothing. I bought my set up so I could primarily check my weather remotely from PC or phone, secondly for reporting. What can I do (you guys do for me?)?
