MAC address is not recognized

can you manually register mac address 24c86e****** for account under ******@*****.***? it is not being recognized on your website. I also understand it is Christmas and a lot of registering is going on

Hi Matt, 
We have successfully Force Registered your MAC address.  Login to your user account, go to drop down menu in the upper right and select "Setup My Bridge" to enter your bridge MAC Address to your account. This is required to complete the installation process and to start seeing your sensor data on Acu-Link. (You have 24 hours to claim your MAC Address in your Acu-Link account)
