Why do I get these sometimes multiple times a day that my signal is lost when there is no problem on my end and everything is working normally

I have same problem.
Very inconsistent reporting issues.
Usually unplugging the hub clears problem.
I get this message frequently (email alarm set)
“ My AcuRite has not received a signal from 5-in-1 Weather Station for more than 2 hours. Check sensor batteries and verify range and placement.”
The indoor display shows the correct current conditions?
I have checked batteries, and have had the same location since previous hub with minor errors.
This appears to be a hub issue.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello Ed,
I can see your 5in1 sensor was actually offline when you receive the alerts.  Where do you have the smartHUB placed? Do you have the unit within 3 feet of any major electronics, router included? If so, pull the smartHUB away from the router as much the Ethernet cable will allow and in the direction of the sensor if possible. Leave the smartHUB in the new location for at least 48 hours. After this is done, let us know if the issue continues. Thank you.

That's the email I keep getting. It's funny they claim their not getting it because WU doesn't seem to have this problem an I am told they get their information from Acutite servers.

Hello Mike,
Looking at your account, I can see that the sensor labeled "House" is the sensor going offline. The 5in1 sensor is not, this is the sensor that is sending data to Weather Underground.  Where do you have the sensor labeled "House"? Thank you.

Oh so that's what is doing it. I didn't even know it was on line its just a sensor I keep in my basement in the winter to make sure my pipes are not freezing
