Lost Connection & Signal Between 5 N 1 & My Acurite...Not Recievng Updated Data On Dashboard....Display Works Fine...

I had same issue happen, I had to remove all the devices and re-add for to start working again. Then I lose my Temp and Humidity sensor. go figure.

Edit: I should have been clear, From myacurite dashboard. then re-add and reset sharing after that.

Hello Melissa,
I was not able to locate a My AcuRite account under your name or the email associated with your community forum account. Are you using a PC Connect display, smartHUB, or AcuRite Access to connect to My AcuRite? Thank you.

I just got my 5-in-1.  Everything was working just fine and even now it is connected without issue to the display and the display is showing as connected to the computer (PC connect).  But the data is not transmitting to Acurite to be displayed remotely to iPad,computer or phone.  What should i be doing to reestablish that connection?
