I am getting multiple loss of signal emails but everything is working fine. There is no loss of signal. What is the solution so I do not get these emails. I am getting them for both the weather station and my room monitor but both are working just fine.
Bob, This is getting generated by My AcuRite, This is probably a loss of updates from your SmartHub/Access to My AcuRite more than an issue with the sensors. You can turn that off in MyAcurite Settings->Alert Rules but I would look for the issue more than just turn off the alert.
Simon told you how to turn them OFFBut he is spot on, about finding WHY. How does MyAcurite get its data? (PC, Smarthub, access).IIRC those e-mails indicate a 2Hr gap in data flow. Since BOTH sensors are involved, it is the connection, not the sensor that is off-line.
