There is no such email.

When Acurite sends an email, it's to exchange personal info that shouldn't be posted in public.

Help me then.  I bought a new 5 in 1 sensor thinking that the solar panels had worn out.  Now it appears that there is another problem and that I wasted money buying another sensor.

:My AcuRite has not received a signal from 5-in-1 Weather Station for more than 2 hours. Check sensor batteries and verify range and placement.

All that means is there is a communications failure. Communications involves 2 ends: 1) the sensor, 2)The Smarthub or Access  (2b: would be the PC connect Display and your host computer)
Does the display show correct weather readings? Then the sensor is probably good. look at the #2 end
