Losing connection

I have a Mac All-In-one computer & it does NOT sleep, but it is constantly losing a signal after about 30 minutes . It does not turn off & works correctly... then just quits working... the weather station is about 30 feet from the computer... This is so annoying....Please help

I don't know about MACs, but check the preferences for the network adapter to make sure tat the Power Save feature is not enabled (this is an option on Intel Chipsets)

If you are speaking of an iMac like I have, if the display screen sleeps then the connection will shut down.  Make sure you have display sleep set to never.  Setting Computer Sleep to never is not sufficient. You need to set both options to Never.  

I decided at the time to go to a SmartHUB rather than leave the display on 24x7.

Hello Scott,

Jack is correct. There are settings on the computer that will need to be changed so that the computer does not go to sleep.  Make sure that on the computer the options are set to not go to sleep as well.
