Looking for help.. Trying to get my Smart Hub and associated devices reconnected

Hello, I have a Smart Hub 9150trx. I noticed that my sensors and 5 and 1 have not been communicating since March. I have the proper lights on the hub. Decided to delete the hub and associated sensors thinking it might be a software glitch and would just need to re add them. I am now having trouble registering the hub. Getting the error message 'that the device must be connected to the internet.' I am connected and hub lights show it is transmitting? Help..

Hello Matthew,

What are the blue lights doing on the smartHUB? What are the green and amber light doing on the smartHUB? Is the smartHUB plugged directly into the router? Do you have a sensor that is transmitting? When and where was the smartHUB purchased?

Hello Jennifer, thanks for the reply. For the Blue lights, the sensor status light is solid blue. The Network light blinks about once a minute. The Green network light is solid. The amber light blinks like normal network communication. Sensor is placed next to the Smart hub and is transmitting. System was a Christmas gift, so I am not sure where it was purchased from.

Hello Matthew,

Can you provide a picture of what you are seeing? Please grey out your device ID. You should not be getting ??? where the application version is.

Hello Matthew,
Thank you for providing us with the requested information. Have you ever streamed data to My AcuRite? What are the lights on your smartHUB currently doing?

Hello Tori, no I have not streamed data to my Acurite. As for the lights, no change as to what was reported earlier. For the Blue lights, the sensor status light is solid blue. The Network light blinks about once a minute. The Green network light is solid. The amber light blinks like normal network communication. Sensor is placed next to the Smart hub and is transmitting.
