linksys EA6350 Router not talking to AcuRite Smart Hub

I recently purchased a 5-in-1 Weather Station and a Smart Hub (Model 09150M).  I attempted to connect to a Linksys EA6350 Router.
The Sensor light lights up solid Blue.
The Network light lights up for approximately 45 seconds then goes out for 30 seconds.  This cycles ad infinitum.
I have held the Activate button for 4, 10, 15, 30 and 60 seconds.
After several attempts and a call to a very enthusiastic Adam in Tech support I sent the unit in for repair.  It was re-flashed at that time.
Upon receiving the re-flashed unit I went through the whole thing again. This time talking with the very enthusiastic Jason. 
We rebooted the Modem, Router and Smart Hub.
He finally suggested calling Linksys.
I called Linksys.  They had me update the Firmware.  We set up single port forwarding on Port 80.
I also tried setting up the Smart Hub up in the DMZ of the router.

All to no avail.

I suspect this will be a simple fix but have run out of ideas, both my own and Tech Supports.

Does Anyone have any suggestions?

All assistance gratefully accepted.

Are you sure you have added the HUB to your MyAcurite and added the added the appropriate information in the ADD DEVICE section on MyAcurite?
