I notice that there different letters after some Smart HUB model number that folks are asking questions about.  The product pages make no reference to those letters and it seems like there is really only model being sold.  Do I need to be aware of those letters when placing an order or if I'm buying from a site like Amazon?  Looks like TRX is the most current version?

I'm not sure what TRX stands for, but I wouldn't worry about it.   Acurite often puts suffix letters on some of their models than can have various meanings.  Some are easy to figure out, others not so much.   Sometimes they seem to refer to the marketing distribution channel, other times a special version for a particular market, or who knows.

The ones currently being sold on the website have the suffix "M".  Again, who knows what that means.

The version number you see also looks to be the boot and app numbers that are initially loaded at the factory.

Maybe the "M" stands for "M"yAcurite firmware already loaded?

Hello Jack,

George is correct, the new smartHUB is a model 09150M.  The letters do not stand for anything but to show us the run of the bridge.  The 09150M is already ready to go right to My AcuRite.  Thank you and have a great day!
