The LED lights on my 611 are starting to go out... JUST the right-most bar on the high and low boxes and the leading bar on the Relative Humidity.  Batteries are fully charged.  All other lights are working as intended.

Hello Bill,

If you are getting partial numbers on the display, please remove the batteries for about 5 minutes. Make sure you are using a high quality alkaline battery such as Rayovac, Duracell, Energizer, Kirkland. After 5 minutes go ahead and put the batteries in the display. If this doesn't correct the issue, let us know. We do have a 1 year warranty on the product, and would initiate a warranty claim at that time. Thank you. Have a good day!

The batteries are good... and of a quality... Guess it's time to shop for a new station.... not sure it will be the same brand.  I thought LED's were long lasting!

Hello Bill,

The 00611 is not an LED display it is an LCD display.  We are sorry you are having a problem with the display. If you are within the year warranty we would be happy to get this covered for you. Thank you. Have a good day!

LCD/LED.....I don't care which it is... I'm asking if there is a repair to the product?  I've changed light bulbs...<grin> just wondering if it's possible to change LCD nodes!

Hello Bill,

The next step would be a warranty claim. Please provide us with the 4 digit code located inside the battery compartment of the display. This typically starts with QC.  This will help us verify warranty. Once we are able to verify warranty we can send a replacement thermometer. Thank you. Have a good day!

Oh I'm sure the warranty has expired.. I am just incredulous that you'd offer a product that has no repair/bulb replacement capability!  Looks like it'll be the last time I buy your products!
