Just sat on Hold for 3 hours and 10 mins to get a recording telling they can't process my call.

I need someone to contact me. I have 6 of these hubs that need to be replaced.

I think Pasco gets the "Most Patient Customer of  the Day" award for today. Unfortunately this award does not come with a prize of any kind and it also doesn't break the on hold time record which I have heard is over 7 hours. Good job Pasco.

This is just crazy. Does anyone know how to get a hold of these people? My time is running out. Or maybe that's their plan to avoid selling them for $39.00?

Called in again this morning. Started out as #10 in line. Advanced to #7 within a few minutes while all the time receiving voice prompts that " all our reps are busy, bla, bla" and then the line went dead. Nothing, nada, oh well.

Called back immediately and was #9 in line and now am #8 in line.
Just advanced to #6 in line. So far this has taken around 15 minutes.
Up to #5 in line now.

EDIT UPDATE: While on hold at #5 inline received an incoming call from  Acurite. Very helpful person said she had tried to answer my previous call but could not hear me so that was reason for calling me. She verified my discount code, shipping address and ordered my two Access units at discount rate with free shipping since my order was over $50.

Told her about the support ticket from previous weekend and she cleared that out. Feeling better about Acurite at this point. Funny how one good experience tends to wipe out previous bad ones.

EDIT UPDATE: Just received an email confirming my order and order number. Amount charged my card was correct and shipping address is correct with free shipping. 

EDIT:Left an email request at support at support@chaney-inst.com over the weekend. Received an auto generated reply and a case number. Support ticket is now closed since handled by telephone call above.
