Just REPLACED a smart hub with a new access hub. Not a good decision to REPLACE instead of ADDING.

Just REPLACED a smart hub with a new access hub. The access hub came up with 7 of my 10 sensors, with 3 remaining to be added which won't happen because the access only accepts 7 - Shame! I then ADDED back the smart hub that was just replaced and for some reason it picked up 2 sensors and only showed 2 more to be added. I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of the 3 to be added on the access hub so that i can add them to the smart hub. Maybe I just need to start all over by removing the access hub and hopefully get back all the original sensors back to the smart hub and then ADD the access hub and then try to figure out how to put half of the sensors on the access hub and half on the smart hub. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

For the one that won't work, remove the batteries, if they have some age replace them, and then try to resync it again. If you can bring it closer to the access hub.

it may not be on your end, acurite is having some issues with sensors reporting. for instance I have a indoor temp/hum sensors that is not reporting the wired sensor along with it. Keep an eye on the boards I notice a few folks have the same issue I do, so give it a little time. Hope that helps

Hello Naomi,

Looking at your account, I can see three additional sensors under "Available Sensors" for your smartHUB.  If you click on Settings>Devices, you can add in the additional sensors again.  Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.
