some have had luck also posting on FB Acurite.  Dual posting will give you a wider audience and Acurite monitors these also.

From you description, no one can help you since you have not provided any details.  Supply as much detail as possible concerning the problem AND how your system is setup (type of product/system, ISP (if used), locations of sensors/displays/hubs, etc).
