HI your reply makes no sense and doesn't explain or help fix the issue.
We go to https://www.myacurite.com/#/dashboard and cant add device using the account email@example.com. It cant be added because device ID is already registered. PCconnect is working perfectly and sharing to weather undergrounds.
Delete any account which is not the above and then we can connect our device or can you register our deice to the above account on myaccurite.
