Jennifer,You are the only employee that responds at Cheney/Acurite.

I was to receive a replacement hub (twice now) from Cheney/AcuRite. Both times it was sent to Roanoke,VA!I live in Calif.Is the third time a charm?

Hello Ron,

We are sorry to hear this is happening. I do see a replacement order was entered with the California address. However it looks like it is Roanaoke VA again for some reason. There was a deliver exception that fedex put in the tracking. This is something I will have to speak to my management about and get back to you on this. I apologize this has happened.
