Hello Johanjubelius,

You want to make sure the display is plugged into a Windows based computer. The display should be on USB mode 3. Have you tried to download the information, and if so are you getting an error message?  If you are using the AcuRite connect software under status it should say display console is detected once the display is plugged in. Below that it should say data received with a current time stamp. Once that happens to the right under data transfer where it says Transfer all data from console to PC it should say Transfer now. This lets you know the information is ready to transfer. If you have the automatic transfer set up then it will transfer for whatever time frame you have it set up for. Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you. Have a great weekend!

Hello Jennifer

The above mentioned is all in place. Once i have selected tranfer now there comes up a window that says " no weatherdata availble at this time" How long am must I wait before tranferring data. I've got a new PC with windows 7 on and the new version accurite software. Thank You Johan

Hi johanjubelius,

If you have all the above settings correct, then after a couple of hours, you should be able to transfer the data from the console to the computer. The data will transfer in 12 minute increments. There should be a file that downloads to the computer that will have this information. However resetting the display or losing power to the display will cause you to lose this data, and it will need time to collect the data again. Please let us know if we can further assist you. Thank you.
